The distance of 13.1 miles is twice as far as I am running at the minute, so I have plenty of work to do between now and October. I am on holiday for the next few days so when I return I will draw up a concrete training plan which I will publish on my blog so you can check up to make sure I'm putting the effort in. You may also like to suggest a training schedule if you think you have a suitable one.
