Hello all, so whats the latest news? I hear you ask, well for once its all pretty good...
Firstly, I've had my confirmation through from real morocco and have entered all my registration details. I have access to the 'competitors' section of the Marathon des Sables website now as a confirmed entrant. I have also appealed to any other local entrants for a training partner and stuff so hopefully that will be fruitful. On the training front, the last week has been good with 24 miles racked up in the last 5 days without injury, I have a physio appointment tomorrow to try and address the underlying issues regarding my trainer choice and whatnot. All being well I will have a clear run now to the Leicester Half Marathon in October. Marathon des Sables here I come!!!
